This website provides general information about Belize Pro Dive Center services. BPDC works to keep it accurate, but schedules, availability, routes, inclusions, fees and conditions can change. A written quote, invoice or booking confirmation controls when it differs from general website copy.
Prices and exclusions
Unless a page says otherwise, prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Published BPDC pages commonly state that 12.5% General Sales Tax, equipment rental and applicable marine-reserve or park fees are additional. Review the exact inclusions and exclusions in your written quote before payment.
Availability and itinerary changes
All activities are subject to availability, weather, sea conditions, official restrictions and operational requirements. BPDC may change the timing, route, dive site, sequence or availability of an activity when safety or conditions require it.
Guest information and eligibility
Guests are responsible for providing accurate age, certification, experience, medical, sizing and travel information requested for the activity. Participation may depend on training, recent experience, medical clearance, fitness, conditions and the guide or instructor's safety judgment.
Safety responsibilities
Guests must follow staff briefings and instructions, use equipment appropriately and remain within applicable training and limits. BPDC may refuse or end participation when a guest's condition, conduct, documentation or experience creates a safety concern.
Third-party services
Hotels, airlines, transportation providers, marine reserves, payment providers, communication platforms and linked websites operate under their own terms. BPDC is not responsible for third-party content or for changes made by those providers.
Cancellations and refunds
Local tours require at least 24 hours notice, while private and offshore tours require at least 48 hours notice. Late cancellations are charged in full. Dive packages have additional payment, refund and weather-adjustment terms. Review the complete Cancellation Policy before booking.
